Portsmouth International Kite Festival 2002
The 11th Portsmouth International
Kite Festival took place on Saturday, Sunday and Monday 24th, 25th and 26th
August. We
had a marvellous turn out of kite fliers from Europe and beyond with Peter Lynn (New
Zealand), Jos Valcke (Belgium), Janneke Groen (Holland),
Blue Sky (Luxemburg), Team Generation (France), Team Flic (France), Team Keops
(France), Marco Cassadio (Italy), Gruppo Aquilonisti Vollundra (Italy), The
Flying Gallery (Holland), Dodd Gross (USA) plus from the UK - The Flying Squad,
Avon Kite Fliers, Carl and James Robertshaw, the British Buggy Club and many
more.
